How the workshop works
Practice starts
after each demonstration.
You do not need formal art training. Each session begins with a demonstration and continues through guided practice. Charles moves around the room, answers questions, and helps each painter solve the specific problem on their figure.
Beginners receive clear guidance at their own pace. Experienced painters have room to improve difficult details and refine their finish. Every participant works with the figure and brush in hand.

Do I need painting experience?
No. Beginners are welcome. The session starts with fundamentals, then adjusts to the people in the room.
Are tools and materials included?
That depends on the session. Every announcement states what is provided and what participants need to bring. Ask before buying anything.
Can I book a private group?
Yes. Send the group size, preferred area, experience level, target date, and what you want the session to teach.
Can I bring my own figure?
Ask before the session. Some lessons are built around a provided figure, while private sessions can be planned around a specific project.
